My programs were developed with an understanding that your issues (with health, low energy levels, relationships, mental fog) stem from unhealthy patterns in your mind, as well as imbalances in your subtle energy body.  These programs will give you the tools to develop and sustain a healthy mind and body, by mindfully and proactively writing your story. 

We will take a close look at each aspect of you life and identify unhealthy patterns, while integrating healthy habits to support the actualization of your truest story.

4th & 5th week - Sacral Sensuality, Emotional Intelligence & Creative Expression self-study

6th & 7th week - Solar Plexus Personal Power, Confidence, & Purpose self-study

8th & 9th week - Heart Physical Health & Lovability self-study

10th & 11th week - Throat Communication & Refining Your Voice self-study

12th & 13th week - Third Eye Activating Vision & Trusting Intuition self-study

14th & 15th week - Crown Ultimate Wholeness & Connection self-study

16th week - Integration Review and plan for a self-sustained practice.
